The TEAPOT BONANZA will take place over several sessions of demonstrations, tutor-guided workshops and self guided group activities, culminating in an exhibtion of teapots during the City of Melville Open Studios event in May.
This introductory workshop will set the stage with demonstrations by Cate Cosi (wheelwork) and Jane Aitken (handbuilding) as well as a short presentation on the design principles behind successful creation of functional teapots.
A follow-up workshop will feature Robert Hawes to guide and assist you in the creation of your individual teapot. The follow-up workshop will be limited to 10 participants and will be repeated a week later for another 10 participants.
